CEO of IYS, she is a positive and pragmatic person. Graduated in languages and with a strong sales disposition, for over 20 years she has been dedicated to the business development of large and medium-sized companies in the shoe business. Within the company and in life she is tireless, some sort of an engine, always on the move and there is no problem that she cannot solve. Customer assistance is her priority. She assists and coordinates the design office and follows the development of the collections step by step.
Passionate about fashion, attentive to changes in the sector, sensitive to the needs of the market, she is within the company the point of reference and the filter between external requests and internal proposals.

Luca Rubin – Product Director
Product Director of IYS, he has grown in the best shoe companies in the Veneto region, he is a multifaceted man, a shoe engineer, capable of giving shape to the ideas of the design office thanks to his sensitivity and accurate interpretation.
Great creative himself and inventor, able to create, from a simple drawing, perfectly fitting shoes, from the study of the shoe-lasts, to the development of the shoe patterns up to the development of the soles which are completely hand-made and carved.
Able to solve any technical problem, a great expert of all the shoe secrets, careful observer of the market and of fashion trends, he always manages to combine technical needs with style.
