BRIEFING/BRAINSTORMING
Very important phase through which we learn to know your brand in depth. We share data, thoughts and ideas with you and then kick off the creative design process.
RESEARCH AND MARKET ANALYSIS
To design your collections, we study your target markets and brand competitors with great attention, because it is also thanks to this information that we can design winning collections. The greater the sharing, the better the performance.
PLANNING AND DESIGN CONCEPT
Our creativity, accompanied by a watchful eye to the market, comes to life and our pencils begin to produce a series of drawings representative of the structures that we believe are more suitable with respect to the briefing discussed in team with you. Based on these creative new concepts, we will develop a last and a sole for the first masterpiece of each commissioned line.
MATERIALS RESEARCH AND COMPLETE SERVICE
Each line masterpiece will then be accompanied by a series of additional styles and for each style we will study in detail different materials and color proposals with a range of beautiful leathers as well as the most advanced synthetics, both traditional and eco compatible, paying specific attention to your price range.
ARTISAN PROTOTYPING
Our creative hands faithfully reproduce the designs you have chosen by creating an initial hand-made prototype which is perfectly wearable.
FINAL PRESENTATION AND COLLECTION EVALUATION
We meet and together we evaluate the work done. We will be by your side until the complete realization of the sample, because with you, we want to be sure to achieve the best possible result.
